GSM – Jamaica Director of Football

Baris Johnson ex-Reggae Boyz Senior Men’s National Team Players and on the Squad to France in the 98′ World Cup and Premiership player with Waterhouse FC, Harbour View FC, Naggog Head FC, FC International, Hampstead FC in the Cayman Islands and played 41 International caps. He has represented his country as at the Under 18, 21 and 23 levels. He has coached at Priory High and Herbert Morrison High Schools, and Marverly FC. He has a deep desire to help youth through the game of soccer and influence them spiritually. Baris is our Director of Soccer in Jamaica. He will be based out of Kingston at Waterhouse Football Grounds and partnering with WFC and the youth in the surround communities.

BJ is also the Head Football Coach of Premiership Division one senior men’s team at Waterhouse FC. Baris has been operating our Kingston GSM Youth Academy program since 2008 serving 100’s of youth ages 7-16, developing future Christian base youth leagues, summer and vacation time soccer camps and work with Paul Banta in the developing and delivering soccer coaching education courses since 2008 to 100’s of Jamaican Coaches. He has been involved in partnering GSM with other soccer clubs and school in the Kingston and St. Andrew soccer community. He has operated our GSM Youth Academies at Premiership teams Waterhouse FC and Harbour View FC and at high school program at Excelsior and Alpha Boys.
